This is just another reason it is critical to remain on good terms with your probation officer during the pendency of your time on probation. While a technical violation in Tampa will go before Judge Perry, who will make his own determination based on your answers to his unique, focused questioning and prior history. A substantive violation in Tampa will result in you going back to your prior judge that handled the original case.
