My Tampa DUI Attorneys told me I need to go to DUI School, what is it?

As we have discussed elsewhere on our Tampa DUI Attorney blog, many Tampa DUI attorneys advise their clients complete DUI school quickly.  Many individuals frankly wonder what they can expect during DUI school and what all it will entail.  As a Tampa DUI Attorney, my Clients have attended many of the local Tampa DUI Schools, including Crossroads.  Many of our Clients have used Crossroads and given it many positive reviews.

During your time at the school, you can expect to take an evaluation with a counselor to determine your need for further treatment and what it will entail.  The evaluation includes a brief interview with a counsel concerning your alcohol consumption, when you began drinking alcohol, the underlying facts of your DUI, etc.  In our experience, the overwhelming majority of folks do not require additional treatment, unless their “blow” during the DUI investigation was incredibly high.  Additionally, the standard DUI School program depends on the number of DUI convictions for the individual and the level of their blow.   Obviously though, the specific DUI school will provide you the best specific information about the requirements and expectations of their program.

If you or someone you know has questions concerning driving under influence and/or DUI school, contact the Tampa DUI attorneys of Hackworth Law for a free case consultation.  We have handled thousands of these cases throughout the greater Tampa Bay Area.  If you would like to contact one of our Tampa DUI attorneys immediately, please use the “contact us now” tab in the upper right hand corner of our website.  Thanks for the time in checking out our Tampa DUI attorney blog and we look forward to hearing from you.
